New Seabury, MA This project was completed in June of 2006 and it was a project that presented unique challenges. The first challenge was access as we only had about 10 feet of space on each side of the home to set up ladders or staging. Additionally, the ten feet we had was sloped and had a couple of stairs and some fencing incorporated with it. The second challenge we faced was localized paint failures. This was occurring due to the homes close proximity to the salt water. The challenge of access was addressed by utilizing various staging techniques that our crews have been trained to use in situation such as these. It allowed the crew to safely access all areas of the house. We addressed the areas of localized paint failure by completing a thorough preparation of the house, which included using a very high quality primer and topcoat. Project Statistics :
